Blood:

HealthSolutions does not have a blood bank of its own, it provides blood from existing blood banks within the city that are reliable and certified, where the blood is properly screened and cross matched.

The sources of blood are the most reliable blood banks in the city that collect blood from colleges and universities. The people donating the blood are tested prior to the blood donation, making the blood banks reliable and certified.

As per normal practice, if you need blood from any blood bank you have to provide two things; a donor and the charges. The charges are detailed below:-

  • ⦁ Blood bag.
  • ⦁ Screening.
  • ⦁ Screening.

The charges taken by HealthSolutions are required for the things mentioned above and are paid to the blood bank on your behalf. This way, HealthSolutions provides you the blood without the donor and with much less hassle

Our rider collects the blood sample from the user submitted the request and takes it to the blood bank to cross match the sample (the cross match process usually takes 2-3 hours) and brings back the blood to you, hence why there are separate rider charges.

Yes, there are discounts, for example; discount codes, reference codes or discounts available on debit and credit cards of specific banks which you can avail when placing your order.

Diagnostic:

We have almost all the famous diagnostic labs of the city connected at the backend of this app.

When we make the confirmation call we inform of all the labs where the specific test can be conducted and you can choose the lab that you prefer the most. If, in any case this choice cannot be made, we will conduct the test in our most preferred lab.

Equipment:

Similar to medication, the rates of equipments are always fluctuating depending on the availability of the equipment. In order to avoid any confusion, our team confirms your order with the new rates. An order cannot be placed without your confirmation.

Fitness and rehab:

Answer unknown.

Online sessions are not available, because special equipments are used in such sessions. However, you will be offered discounted packages that you can avail through our app.

General physician:

Normally, because of our online consultancy, a doctor does not need to make any visits, for such cases are dealt through a voice/video call. But if in any case the doctors are required to visit the patient, it can be possible.

Mostly the video calls are made by the doctors themselves, but if the permission is given then the patient can make a video call as well. However, without permission a video call from the patient cannot be made.

We have our own trained staff, and if the need arises the staff from hospitals can be arranged as well, because we are collaborating with different hospitals.

Our nursing staff is reliable and for security purposes we keep their NIC cards with us as well.

Insurance:

We provide insurance on individual and corporate level, and you can choose the insurance based on your preference. You can make a request on our app where further assistance will be provided, and within 15 days you can use our insurance services.
