SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are accepted and processed within 24 to 28 hours and to be delivered in Pakistan only. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or off days. If we are undergoing a high frequency of orders, then shipments might delay. Kindly allow supplementary days in transportation for delivery. We will contact you through your email or contact no in case of a significant delay in your shipment order

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Across Pakistan, your shipping charges will be 200 PKR/- The orders whose delivery addresses will be in Pakistan, overnight delivery is available for those. Delivery days may occur eventually.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

HealthSolutions does not ship the order APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped which will contain your tracking numbers then after that you will receive a Shipment confirmation in your email. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

HealthSolutions will not be accountable for any customs or taxes imposed on your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping will be the responsibility of a customer.

DAMAGES

In case you receive your order damaged, kindly do not accept and contact our team. Make sure to save all packaging materials and damaged items or equipment before filing a claim.
